The company wishes to borrow a total of SEK 22,200,000 from Kameo’s lenders for project costs and refinancing of previously raised loans related to the properties.

The project comprises six properties located in Strömma, Värmdö municipality. On each property, it is planned to build two semi-detached units of 132 sq m BOA and one apartment unit of a total of 50 sq m BOA, a total of 18 units with a total BOA of 1,884 sq m.

Total sales value is budgeted at SEK 97,423,000, equivalent to approximately SEK 51,700/sq m. In addition, the association plans to take out an association loan of SEK 22,608,000, equivalent to SEK 12,000/sq m. Total project value is estimated at SEK 120,031,000.

In July 2025, the borrowing company took out a loan through Kameo’s lender of SEK 12,500,000 (Loan 4840 ), in addition, the company has a loan from a major bank with collateral in two of the properties of SEK 5,500,000. Total debt to be refinanced by taking out a building credit is about SEK 18,000,000.

This is the first of four preliminary tranches of the loan totaling SEK 35,000,000 for the project. In addition, the project owners intend to raise additional loans as senior financing secured by the properties, which has been granted credit decisions through Kameo and is SEK 55,000,000. Total loan financing for the project is SEK 90,000,000, giving the loan an estimated LTV of 75%.
